The Importance of Rest, Sleep Better Tonight
There's a good website devoted to women over fifty called faboverfifty.com. It's a place for women to share ideas upon health, fashion, their becoming opposite bodies as good as good all a facts of life. Recently they hold a small contest. They longed for answers from their readers upon this question:
"What do we do when you're having trouble descending defunct at night?
Here's a winning post(there were about one hundred opposite answers, most desperately wanting a good nights sleep.)

I am researching lymphoma, a type of cancer. One of a books we am reading discusses a significance of removing sufficient rest. This issue cannot be overstat! ed, not usually for cancer treatment, but for any type of disease or injury prevention.
Getting adequate rest includes lazy during an illness, rsther than than perplexing to work through it.
